Kent North Park Neighborhood

Mission
The North Park Neighborhood Council will work to honor diversity, build the community, and promote participation in city governance and decision-making to improve the quality of life for all of North Park’s Stakeholders.

Purpose
To advocate for and encourage the enhancement and maintenance of neighborhood common spaces by appropriate governmental bodies

To inform residents of common problems such as crime, street maintenance, etc. and to work to improve the safety, health and welfare of the area and its residents

To work with residents to improve neighborhood communication and cohesion; Actively find ways to promote the building of the community for the benefit of the City of Kent

To establish a cooperative alliance with other neighborhood associations for the purpose of identifying problems and achieving common goals
